Hey i got banned from xbox live for talking sh to the it and before i got banned i put a 3 month code in,and believe it or not i got banned for 3 months..so will my code be useless when i come back..if so that is BS!
I was banned for a day because I kept going on host team in GOW because they like to stack teams. The friend I was doing it with got banned also but for a week. it kinda sucked but it was the funniest **** ever a little bit of revenge on stack POS hosts.

For laughing at him, you're not that much better than him. I approach this from the perspective that I hope he has learned his lesson, and will be a nicer LIVE player from now on. If he does it again, and ends up in the same predicament, then you can laugh at him
all i got to say i hope you learned your lesson and i am just going to say that it is people like you that ruin LIVE for people and it is nice to see that people are getting punished.
I would call MS and tell them to give you your money back. I mean in their TOS you lose your money if banned, but the fact that you entered the code the same day as the ban is quite a bit rediculous. I always pay per month, yes its more expensive, but if i get banned, i suspend their payment too. Its basically legal robbery.

LoL he needs to get the ban so that he can be more polite and honest on xbox live. This life lesson will teach him basic morals and values that are used in life. /yeah right.
unlucky mate but you must of been at it for some time or done some bad crack consistantly to get a 3 month ban, anyone i known who been banned for they behavior or what they put on they motto/bio etc only got a 1 day or week ban.
if ya act like a mug on the headset all the time then people will report ya , way it goes, everyones talked smack on there at some point but i reckon you must of done it for some time or been banned a few times before if they gave youa 3 month ban. some people do ruin ya games being overly racist and not even in a funny way. dont mind a bit of banter with low morals but some people just go on and on and on and thats probs why ya been banned.

i sometimes sing to piss people off, and say something that are racist but my mic has been broken for over 3 weeks i want to know why ive been banned btw it is only for a Day :)
why say it 3 months wen only 1day lol i thought it sounded wrong, maybe they were slow 2 act on complaints from 3 weeks a,go maybe its for ur moto or bio, does any now say code of conduct if so thats it definetaly

Because he was probably playin with players who actually file complaints... but this guy deserved it then because you need to have at least 20 different live accounts send a complaint in against you... so this guy deserves to get banned and I wish he was a permanent ban because he is one of those guys that just comes in a room and tells a group of friends that are talking to STF^ just to start a fight so to hell with the TC... they only ban you when people report you... Xbox live can't just listen to the conversations of 9,000,000 live subscribers and ban those who curse...
But more than likely the TC is that type of person... the type of person that comes in and shouts "Shut the F___ up" and "Let your B_lls drop before you talk to me kid" and just starts fights because he has no friends...

Sometimes it take them that long to review complaints... they recieve thousands of complaints daily if not hourly... I know whenever I won a gang match in the game "Saints Row" I would get messages from the other team saying they filed a complaint on me for cheating a few times every couple matches and this was virtually 50-100 matches a day daily... so thats at least 20 complaints on me alone that mean nothing that they have to review... so 99% of all complaints they recieve are just people that were mad they lost and are in the heat of the moment and just file a complaint to take some weight off their chest... so then they can go to their friends and say "we were powning today until we played some cheaters"
how u know 20 is da number to get a ban or it a rough guess - sorry on mous kybord on screen, spilt beer on me pc lol

Because a lot of my friends use the 20 name complaints to change their gamertag for free... you just have 20 friends file a complaint under offensive profile and gamertag and Live makes you change your gamertag for free... So I am just assuming it is the same number of complaints for all offenses...
