Banned from Xbox live????

I don't think you will get banned for trash talking but you will probably get a warning. Just don't be a d-bag and maybe you'll stop finding yourself in these situations.GSU28

Hey just to tell you that i said one thing it was my clan that was doing all the talking

Me and my clan were playing a bunch of people on COD4 and we were trash talking and they all reported us after 6 rounds and we won all of the matches and we said some stuff to them and they reported us again so well i get banned from xbox live what do you guys think?NubPwner1

Good, I hate people who try to act tough over xbox live. You being 14 and all, I'm assuming you deserved the ban. I haven't played against a single kid in any game that wasn't a total punk.

I am oddly pretty sure Microsoft isnt oging to crumple like Rome over 4 or 5 guys 6 bucks a month.. but as much as it sucks for us who dont wanna listen to kiddies think they are cool, you are right, it takes alot of legit complaints for Microsoft to act, usually.

These guys (the other clan) may have been luck and caught one of the Microcensors at the right time tho and he may just have heard enough and dropped the button. And I hope so.

Maybe it'll learn yah trash talkings for people with self security issues.

If someone in your clan does something and you are there too, by association, you are guilty too. Pick your clan mates wisely. Don't be a jerk if you beat the poo out of someone why talk trash, say "good game" and play again, are you so insecure that you have to talk trash? Don't be a JERK play COOL !

if you get banned, you probbably deserve it, no offense meant but it does get REALLY annoying hearing people slag others off (or being a part of it) i can't tell you how many times my accent has got me called a british f****t by people from the USA (strangely not canada...)
