Battlefeild bad company achievement help

ok, i have all the achievements for this game except for 4. 2 of them being "there is no i in squad" and "with my devil dogs", and these are so difficult for me to get. any tips??

with my devil dogs is insanely easy, just ask a friend to has the game to start a party and then join it. done. there is no I in squad is quite hard as the person at the front is the person gets spawned on, so u have to be close enough to get spawned on enough, but not too close as to get killed
