Battlefield 1943 is a multiplayer-only game that lets you enjoy the thrills of Pacific WW2 battles! Pick your path - be it as a rifleman, a steel fisted tank commander, or ace fighter pilot dog fighting to protect the skies. Play as a lone wolf or with your friends, coordinating to turn the tide of battle. This game requires the Xbox 360 hard drive for storage. There are no refunds for this item. Multiplayer only.

Sorry to hear that man, ive heard some are having problems like you are while others arnt. Im just glad they are already working on fixing it and not ignoring everyone!

i wasnt planning on buying it this soon but i was out today so i bought some points and got it but still not connecting, anyone know when thats gonna be fixed?

no set date, but they are WORKING on it right now. I cant give you an exact time or anything bud, but just know that they are working on the issues and are aware of the problems.

Think I'll dl the demo and see if it's worthy of my MS points.

I'm dying to play it, but like some people have said, it's having trouble connecting. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna buy it, but I have to play it first. Come on EA get 'er up and running and you've got my money.

Tis a bit disappointing that I purchase it and can't even play it now, but I guess they just weren't expecting as much. If it isn't good to go by tomorrow, then I'll be mad. It's very shameful to not even have your game running in an appropriate state when you launch it.

Should be fun stuff though.

I was trying out the demo and playing the tuturial since I couldn't find a match. It was ok but felt like you just played this game before. I won't be buying this, I will use my points to get the Gears 2 dlc later on this month.

I wasn't sure if I was going to buy this or not, but I just got 4000 MS points for really cheap(I love ebay sometimes) and after hearing the positive feedback I will defintely buy it as soon as they get more servers up and running.

When you get into a game its amazing, I love the whole atmosphere of the planes and landing crafts, and also the simplicity of the classes.

I've only been able to join one game, and it brought back some great memories from BF1942 such as having to rush for the planes at the beginning of Wake :P

downloading it right now, can't wait to play.

anyoneelse think this game is hitting at the perfect time? there not a ton of compitition and because its download only i think its going to be a huge sucess.

ug. the text is way to small for my 13 inch screen. also dony like how there is no cancel button when your serching for a game. that'll probably be patched though.

I downloaded the demo but couldn't connect to a match at the time. I did play the tutorial though and got used to flying the planes. It looks like a fun game and all but it just feels a lot like Bad Company. I might still get it depending on if my friends pick it up.BiThBhE0

I played 3 games on Wake Island with no lag and it was AWESOME! It is worth the $15.

i got into a couple matches and it was alot of fun. so far my only small complaint is the sniper rifle seems a little underpowered. i hit someone like 3 times with it (granted every time i hit him he went into cover for a couple seconds before he came back out again) and he didnt die. you pretty much have to get a headshot to kill them in one shot. i wouldnt mind having to hit them more than once to get kills if the rifle was semi auto, but after every shot it zooms out and he has to ready the rifle again. either the rifle needs to have a little more power or it needs to take longer for health to regenerate. still, very fun overall though.

I just loaded it up and tried quick match. It's been like 5 minutes and it just sits at "Finding Games, Please Stand By" Is anyone else getting this? I'm in the US btw.hillelslovak
