Battlefield 1943 Release Date Anyone?

Here is the thing Ign says it will be released in June in Australia, yet Gamespot says its coming out globally in September. Also in April Dice said its going to come out in June globally. I am a big battlefield 1942 fan and im wanting to play 1943 badly. So can anyone give me a for sure release date?

I'll just keep playing bad company till bad company 2. You can get bad company for $20 now, and it has I think 12 maps as opposed to the $15 for 1943 which has 4 maps.

It will be either July 2nd or July 9th for the 360, so only a few days :)

I've been waiting for it for awhile now. I have played waaaay too much 1942 (the disk broke) so this should be fun to play.

It WILL NOT be available on July 9th, that release date was shot down by Gordon Van Dyke Also it is very unlikely for it to come out this wednesday. So, don't get your hopes up. Going to have to wait another 2 weeks.IIRS3II_H1TMAN

How many MS points is it going to be? If it is 800 I may consider purchasing.
