Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Demo?

When is it coming out on the marketplace? Is it multiplayer and single player, or is it just single player, or is it just multiplayer? If anybody knows please tell.

It's coming out Feb. 4th, and I believe it's multiplayer only.

Looking forward to checking it out. I like the more realistic gameplay the Battlefield games seem to offer.
