Before the likes of GTA IV, HALO, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Bioshock and other germans come to play what do you think was the best 360 game to date?

 In my opinion it's a toss up between Gears of War and Rainbow Six. Vegas.

 Seeing as I've never played Rainbow Six: Vegas, I'm gonna go with Gears of War. I'm gonna try to play Vegas sometime within the next week, though.

i've gotta say gears of war was great, but in my opinion, Crackdown was SO underrated.  i love that game, Halo 3 beta be damned.

my vote goes for gears of war. it's just so fun to play with friends, eiter against them or in co-op.

Gears or Oblivion, depending on what genre you like best. Those games will probably keep selling for years to come.
