I was just wondering how many of you like playing games without knowing the plot ? In some games it may be a little confusing in the beginning but by the end...everything makes sense (at least most of the time). Do you like the surprises? Or do you NEED to know what the game is about before you play it?

I need to know the basics, like someone said above. I'd never buy a game without knowing a basic outline of what's going on...

As long as I know what the game is about then Im fine. I know what Mass Effect is about and I know what Assassins Creed is and Im pretty sure I know the basis of Call of Duty 4.
