I have been told that the Panasonic TX-32LXD70 is very good and the 100Hz helps with games

Also, if you have ever noticed.  At gamestop, EB, Target and Wal-mart.  All of their Tv's setup for console demos are Samsung brand.  They run pretty much 24/7 and I've yet to see one with burn in or a dim screen.  From my personal experience anyways.

Me and my friend both have Samsung models.  I have the 50" DLP.  He has the 32" LCD. Not sure of the model of his LCD I could look my model up but it really dosnt apply here since you want LCD.  I do know that he has never complained of anything as far as Standard Def or his DVD's, except that it's hard to go back to Standard def after messing with HD.  Sorry i couldn't be of more help with his model #

Please ask at the General Hardware Board. As the stickies indicate, TV threads are off-topic here. ;)
