Best 360 Shooter (besides halo)

Ok, Im looking at a few games and i dont wanna go spend money renting them all. So, other than halo, what is the best shooter for the money out of these three: Army of Two, Call of Duty 4, or Frontlines: Fuel of War.

I want great multiplayer, that has a solid base, and wont fall off in a month or two.

good storyline is a plus, and a tendency to lag and for cheaters is a minus.

I was originally looking at Call of Duty, but i recently saw that army of two and frontlines were the #1 and 2 best seeling shooters rite now.

Call of Duty 4 all the way man!!!!!!!!!!!!

the multiplayer is AMAZING and even though the story is a little short, the game is SO worth the money.............

Gears and the Darkness offer fantastic single-players and can be found cheaper these days

get cod4. the only reason frontline and army of 2 are selling more copies at the momnet is because they jusr came out. cod4 is much better than both. it has an amazing multiplayer. and the single player had a good story line its just a little short.

Multiplayer - COD4 & Team Fortress 2

Frontlines: Fuel of War is actually a really good Battlefield-like game and definitely worth checking out. The single player campaign actually has an O.K. story but the ending isn't anything to drool over. The multiplayer is also great but does suffer from minor issues which will be fixed in an upcoming patch. The dedicated servers are really great and sometimes the firefights can get pretty intense.

Only downside is noobish hosts who end the game as soon as it starts because they dont like the map :evil:

The last update added host migration, so this is no longer an issue.

well its kinda obvious.

Although Frontlines can be fun, the graphics, animations, framerate, and latency are so crappy its hard to tell whats going on sometimes.

CoD4 is probably one of the best made shooters in recent years, if not ever. So, without a doubt, get CoD4. However, you could wait for Vegas2, which will be good but probably not as smooth as CoD4.callen3

I promise you vegas 2 will be more fun and last longer than Call of duty 4 even though it wont be as noob friendly as call of duty 4

The Orange Box > every shooter on the 360

The Orange Box is by far the best shooter on the 360. Get it. Love it. Worship it. I know I have.

These are the best shooters for the 360 overall

1. Gears of War

2. COD 4

3. The Orange Box(best single player but MP is ok)

4. Rainbow Six Vegas(great single player and mp)

5. Bioshock(great single player but no MP since that's what you're looking for)

6. Halo 3

those are the MUST get shooters for the 360

Gears Of War= Great Story Line, Multiplayer is always going strong

Army Of Two= Awsome story line, Mutliplayer is alright

Call Of Duty 4

But in my opion if you want something thats a bit newer call of duty

If you want something that you can pick up and quickly get into a game Gears Of war

If you dont like big groups Army Of Two

I've heard that Frontlines sucks and I haven't played Army of Two yet.
