Hey people, In your opinion, what's the best arcade racer for xbox360 that includes car customizations? I'm looking for something with a strong sense of speed, kind of like Blur, but includes car customizations where I can improve car parts and performance and paint jobs too. Any suggestions?
The older NFS games of this generation - Carbon and Most Wanted, both allowed quite a bit of car customisation, both in terms of performance upgrades and visuals - painting / bodywork / lighting. Handling was fun and quite forgiving. But if you want to play games online, then you'd want something more recent. Old NFS games have a very small community that still races.
Cool, I've heard a lot about Most Wanted but yeah I think its hard to find. Even at gamestop its like 34.99 used and it came out in 2005! I might try out midnight club, but I heard its kind of got a free roam thing to it? like burnout paradise? I'm okay about the free roam...
WHOAH! i had no idea that this game was that expensive and RARE at that?! but yes, it was AMAZING. i loved this racer, and I Played it on both the 360 and the xbox 1, and had a blast with it. still 35 bucks tho? wow that is impressive ESPECIALLY for a racer title. By the way, i am currently loving BURNOUT 3 REVENGE that i downloaded from the online store on 360.... still one of my favorites after they jacked up the formula in Burnout : paradise. Customization in this title is at a very low level though, only allowing you to choose color. but its a versatile game challenging you at many different angles of gameplay.
