I would have to disagree even with an open system view. While it looks realistic it doesn't have an really cool art style. I mean i see realistic things every day, but i rarely see things like Banjo Kazooie, or even Mass Effect (Aliens are not realistic). And those two are my votes.

Considering this is the xbox 360 forum i'm going to choose a game that's NOT on the xbox 360.. Oh wait.. Anyway i'm not sure guess i'll say Assassins creed it looks amazing getting really high on buildings and looking around.
Personally, my favorite is GTA IV. Graphics are more than just shiny textures, but it's the entire presentation, and as far as I'm concerned, GTA IV has the most impressive overall presentation this generation.
For 360, which is where this post is, I'd say Assassins Creed - that game looked as good as Gladiator. FarCry 2 has great graphics but because it's such a sucky game, I can't bring myself to cast a vote for it.
i personally think the graphics in bad company are awesome untill you look at static things like trucks and some of the trees. but asassins creeds just blew me away. for the first 360 game i played i was just like :O
o ya and nba live 2009 except for the fact that you can shoot from have court or farther easily. i wouldve gotten the game except for the fact that tony parker is on the front and i hate him.
For the 360 it would be between Far Cry 2 and Gears 2, but my favourite art style was PoP. If it was overall though it would have to be crysis or far cry 2 (pc).
