I love video games but I don't like to fight too much or beat timed missions. Grand theft auto and the Godfather are fun but I can never beat the stupid missions. My favorite games are the ones where you can walk around and find stuff and talk to people-alternate endings etc. I like the Sims but it gets boring so I like there to be a means to an end persay. What is a good game would someone suggest for me?

I know this is an XBOX forum, but your description of what you like to do reminds me of Heavy Rain, but that's a PS3 only game. Otherwise, almost anything from Bethesda is a good choice - Dragon Age has unique combat that may not seem like other button mashing games.

Go with Dragon Age it has lots of different difficulty settings, it's very long and has many drastically different endings, it's nonlinear, it has thousands of lines of dialogue, and has lots of very funny characters. My girlfriend wants to marry Alistair one of the characters in the game.

I don't see what gender has to do with what type of game you like, and as such, the people in this thread have made corresponding comments (like the one about cooking). Anyways, before I get off topic:

-Fallout 3/New Vegas are all that come to mind. Totally free exploration wise, and your actions influence the ending.

Fable II and III. You can be a female protagonist and the game isn't particularly challenging. You could also try Left 4 Dead 2, for some reason a lot of chicks play L4D.

Sounds like ya might want a simple RPG. Like something from the Tales series maybe. Tales of Vesperia is for the 360.

You level up and can equip new weapons and such. But it's pretty simple, you get stronger as ya battle, and each weapon you find will usually have higher stats then the one you have, so you just exchange it.

And I haven't played it, but there is a game called Indigo Prophesy for the original X-Box. I hear it's quite similer to Heavy Rain, which was mentioned earlier. So if ya don't have a PS3, ya might wanna look into that game, you can download it on XBLA, and the disc is will work on the 360 as well.

If you're doping that you may as well get Farenheit. That was Heavy Rain before Heavy Rain.

Fallout 3/New Vegas fallout 3 is much more darker and i was kinda scared to death just to go around a corner expecting a ghoul then for it just to be a thug Fable 2 & 3 Dragon Age 2 Mass Effect 2 Stay away from any FPS games that focus on multiplayer basically if you are a woman or any minority it is best not to play them or not to use a mic

There are a lot of great RPGs on the 360. Eternal Sonata, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, and Final Fantasy XIII are just a few.
On another note: As a fellow female gamer I can safely say it's probably not best to point out that you are a female gamer in your topic title. lol Typically leads to a lot of silly/sexiest messages. Besides, there is nothing that makes us different from male gamers so there is really no reason to point it out anyways.

Indigo Prophecy and Faranheit are the same game, IP was the NTSC name for it and Faranheit was the PAL
