Half Life 2 is my alltime favorite game, ever. I'm not saying that in a "ohmygodohmygod" kind of way, I've been saying its my favorite game ever since I beat it when it came out. But the addon chapters... they kind of suck. especially the first one.

Half-Life 2: Was released back in 2004 and can still kick the crap out of games today.
Episode One: While it wasn't band, IMO it was a disappointment.
Episode Two: Pretty good game, a lot better than Episode One.
Portal: Decent concept, decent game.
Team Fortress 2: Can't judge, haven't played it.

Here's my list...

  1. Half-Life-Argueably the second greatest FPS ever made, after Half-Life. Still looks great and kills Gears of War and Halo.
  2. Portal-Intuitive FPP, First Person Puzzle game. The story and the grim humor make this a perfect slice of the cake.
  3. Half-Life 2: Episode 2-All of the greatness of Half-Life 2, - some things and + an amazing closing sequence.
  4. Half-Life 2: Episode 1-Extra missions to go with Half-Like 2. Can't go wrong.
  5. Team Fortress 2-Sucks on the Xbox 360. No support and no mods.

That's a hard one, there all great, i really got it for all the games and for Half-Life 2 EP2 since i finished the other Half-Life's and i really wanted to continue the story. After i finished EP2 i quickly got hooked to TF2 and have been playing that game ever since. I did finish Poral also, its a great game.:)

There all great, but as of now i am hooked all over TF2, thats why i voted for that.

BUT, i have the PC version of the orange box, if it was the 360 version i think i would of hated them all.(i just don't like playing FPS's of my 360, less reponsive to me, unless its Halo)

Team Fortress 2 by a country mile, I've never really got Half-Life or Half-Life 2, I found them extremely dull. Portal was good too though.

You aren't missing much on the Xbox. It's more of a demo for the massive PC version...

I would have to say Team Fortress 2. I've gotta say I like the ending of Portal though.

I saw Jonathan Coulton in Chicago a couple months back. (composer of the final song) Of course he sang "Still Alive." Pretty funny hearing it live with the whole crowd singing along.

Great singer, but I personally like hearing more when GLaDOS sings it.

For me it would probably have to be Half-Life 2, with Ep. 2 and Portal coming in at a close second.

Team Fortress 2 is easily the best multiplayer game this gen. I would say it is definitely my favorite part of The Orange Box because i already beat Half-Life 2 well over a dozen times last gen. Though Portal is in a close second because it is a truly unique game that offers a lot of fun and great humor.

Good luck. I was up all night playing that game, thinking I was almost thru. And then the finale!!! Never have I seen anything so splendid in all of my years as a gamer!
