i Would Say the're all great but every 1 of them had at least 3 problems, Halo: multiplayer levels sucked(my opinion), Halo 2:i checked online somewhere, and it says the sword caught a player farther than the limit, and also the sniper bullet was heatseeker somehow, Halo 3: it was the best Halo i've played, but still it should have Bots Because i've been online sometime between 10-12 and theres nobody there,also...you should be able to Make your own level, not customize them...
I liked Halo 2 the best out of all of them. Sure the campaign may not have been the best and the cliffhanger ending was pretty harsh but it definately had the best multiplayer of them all. I have a hard time naming bad maps in Halo 2 while I only enjoyed 3 maps in Halo 1 and i'm still undecided in Halo 3. It was the first time Halo made use of Xbox Live and it did so flawlessly. Hell, there are still a lot of people playing Halo 2 to this day.
Halo: CE. I have a lot of fond memories with Halo 2, and Halo 3 was good, but Halo: CE was like nothing I had experienced. I was amazed at the whole thing start to finish, and still am. It was quite a technical marvel for its time and is still on of the best FPS experiences to date.

because I don't live and die by Halo 2/3 miltiplayer you think that's sad... lol you can take that Halo Rulz fanboy crap and stick where the sun don't shine. Sorry to burst your fragile bubble but not everyone enjoys halo2/3 like some of YOU do.
Combat Evolved is one of my top 5 favorite games of all time, and I personally think 2 and 3 aren't all that great despite the addition of online multiplayer which CE lacked.
