Anyone have some suggestions for some games that have good Local Multiplayer? Not Halo or MW2, Downloadable games are worth mentioning aswell.

Castle crashers is one for downloading, l4d is fun and boarderlands are fun to play local multiplayer

Perfect Dark just came out, if you can look past that the aiming is a little out dated (it was on the N64), the game is pure win.
