best online shooter!!!

Depends what you want really.

Here are the three I would recommend over others:

- Gears of War : It only boasts 3 modes but you only really need the normal deathmatch (or warzone) game-type anyway. It's very fun. You have to work as a team to win because it's only 4v4 (the best feature I reckon) and plus, if you die, your out of that round, which is very frustrating. The result is intense, visceral combat which is always exciting whether it ends in the end of a chainsaw bayonet or the flash of a shotgun ect...

- Rainbow Six: Vegas : There is plenty of modes in this one. The action is superbly Tactical, and just because the action is more slow-paced than that of Gears, it's just as exciting. It also boasts superb customisation for your character (weapons, armour ect...). There's also a nice variety of Maps to keep you busy.

- Call of Duty 3 : This is the Traditonal Online game. Not as Tactical as the other two, but you have to think logically and often work as a team otherwise you're on the floor within minutes or even seconds. Again, this has a large variety of modes (some of them are very clever ideas) and Maps, aswell as character classes to choose from depending on how you want to play. If you just want run-and-gun and vehicle action, this should be your choice.

Rainbow Six Vegas and Gears Of War every1 is gonna says these games

Personnally I dont think there has been a revelutional online shooter yet on 360, PDZ sucked and the only one that I have liked is Rainbow Six

First of all its DEFINITELY.  As for online game, I choose just because the community is good and you can play plenty of modes.  There is attack and defend, elimination, deathmatch and terrorist hunt.  The maps are really well designed for all types of players.  If you use a shotgun there are plenty of hallways and close quarters spots.  If you use a sniper there is plenty of cover in long rectangular sections.  It just has a pretty good balance.  The grenades also kill anything within 20 feet like a real grenade would so no more camping if you can put a grenade there.highvolts12

I had the most fun with Perfect Dark Zero (I still play it, and Infection is a blast!), and then Gears of War.

To be honest there aren't too many amazing shooters online (I'm not a fan of the Tom Clancy series multiplayer), but just wait until this holiday season. Halo 3, Team Fortress 2, Unreal Tournament 3, and Quake Wars :D
