Oblivion is the best. PGR3 wasn't bad but its boring if you don't have XBL when you beat it. Same with GoW.

To be honest I still play GTA:SA more than any of those games.

If you want to try something new I would suggest Hitman:Blood Money.

My favorite single player game is Hitman: Blood Money.  It didn't score as well as Oblivion but I like it a lot more.

there's absolutely no game atm that compares to the game CONTENT in Oblivion imo!

My favorite is Saints row, great story, great game play, nice graphics. The whole game is great

Oblivion is in a class by itself. Hundreds of hours of gameplay.

Oblivion by a longshot, its amazing. But for shooters i like FEAR, Quake 4, Prey and Gears of War

Oblivion, Saints Row, Dead Rising, Kameo: Elements of Power, any sports game, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Rainbow Six: Vegas... these are all my favorite single player games. If I had to choose ONE of these, I'd choose Oblivion of course.
