Best sports game in your opinion youve ever played???

I love madden but for the most part i think its over rated, as of this point right now id have to say the best sprts game ive ever played is NHL 09 but i also like ESPN NFL 2K5, the NBA 2K series, and MLB the show games

I like Fifa 09 the most. I think it's more fun to play with somebody with you than any other sports game. Fernando Torres is a monster.

As much as I enjoy my football games, I would definately say that the entire FIFA franchise has had the best sports game out at any given time when being totally subjective. Great graphics, fun as hell to play....tough to beat that

probably madden 09. played alot of MVP baseball (05 i think it was).

NHL 3 on 3 is quite funny, but I think the ice rink should be larger.

Never felt more accomplished than after beating Tyson fro the first time as a kid in the 80s.

Fifa 09 although i expect many to say the overrated NHL 09TX360

nhl 09 is the best

The NFL 2K5 was my favorite, brand new was $20.00 and it was better than Madden. Then when it sold more copies than Madden EA became aholes and bought the exclusives on the license and knocked the NFL 2K series out. For $20.00 and LIVE play that game was nice and will be my favorite.

It was an awesome game but I have to say NBA JAM back in the arcade days.

Fight Night Round 3 by far.

I am a big sports game fan and I have to say that NHL 09 is pretty much the top sports game I have ever played. The Be A Pro mode offline and online is just addicting and the controls are stellar! NBA 2K9 is also high on the list for me as is Madden 09.
