"ever made"? i cant answer that but my fav. FPS (still a tough choice) i would have to say Time Splitters 1, Perfect Dark N64 or Quake 3 Arena Dream Cast (could also be played in tird person)
Fav TPS? Max Payne hands down.
I bet CoD 4 is the most popular anyway. cokecanw00tLittle kids, and people as sophisticated as kids, thats why cod4 is rated so highly, i mean how hard is it to aim and spray??? not very.
Half-Life 2 HANDS DOWN the best shooter to date, its more than just some military shooter where you just run through levels this game is just simply amazing- also Bioshock was freakin awesome too
see when i think of FPS i dont think Call of Duty they are amazing multiplayer games but a TRUE FPS is an amazing singleplayer experience

There's something called "opinions" you know? they're wonderful, they keep the world from exploding in a nuclear holocaust.
For FPS i'd say Half-Life 2 and both episodes.
For TPS i can't say, haven't played that many but it's probably GTA3.
On the 360 i'd say Bioshock, but i've put the most time into CoD4.
But ever, Resident Evil 4 without a doubt.

I know, but im just pointing out that i dont beleive basic games deserve so much credibility, games are becoming too comercial.007 Goldeneye for the N64 for FPS, and i guess Gears Of War for TPSDouble0hForYeah goldeneye was great, i was thinking of posting that.
FPS: Duke Nukem. I saw that game at a Media Play and bought it because it looked funny and came with a free mouse pad. It was the first game I ever played online with friends.
TPS: GTA 3. Cutting-edge stuff in terms of graphics, gameplay, story, and voice acting. This game also redefined the open-ended sandbox format of gaming.

So you're saying that finishing Call of Duty 4 on Veteran is as easy as just aiming and spraying? Wow, if that's all it takes, I must really suck, because I find Veteran difficulty challenging.
