Nah, Halo: Combat Evolved has a better Warthog. In halo 2 & 3, the Warthog seems too stiff. With that said, I have to say that I loved the Scorpion Tank in Halo 3.
IMO, this is the best game on the 360, let alone the best vehicle but it did take some time for me to get used to because of it being very easy to make turns and such. But jumping over rockets never gets old.

Highly, HIGHLY agree. Once you get skilled at the Mako is when you appreciate it.
