hey guys, do any of youll betray kids that talk to much on xbox live, in halo 3...i did it today to this one kid who wudnt shut up, and he got so mad....

Yea...i do from time to time but you have to understand i think if you do it 3 times then they have ability to kick you out.insane_metalist
its two times. and yes, i do it maybe once every few weeks. but i only betray once so i dont get booted, and i usually only betray if someone betrays me on purpouse.
yeh im used to betraying and being betrayed, cos i play halo pc a lot, and everyone betrays...its fun sometimes...i dont understand why ppl get so mad, its only a game..but i can understand though, cos some ppl do get really serious when playing games, like they do with footbal games, and the superbowl and stuff...
I never do because I've had so many times play CTF (my fav) when I get the flag get almost back to base then my "buddy" kills me takes the flag and gets my point.
True, it's just a game. But it becomes more than just a game when you give someone else a hard time and kill their gameplay experience. Imagine everyone doing that to you, every single match you joined. Is it just a game then? How would the Halo 3 community be like? A bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, sounds more like what you're saying. No offense but I cant stand ignorance, among all things.

I'll only do it if someone does it to me intentionally on purpose or if they keep shooting me to near death so the other team can kill me with one shot. It only happens like one out of every 100 games for me. I think this is thanks to the penalty to exp for getting booted. So when it does happen I make sure that i go back at them enough to get the 3 betrayals so I can boot them and cost them 2 exp.
I never boot though. I think booting is possibly oe of the stupidest powers bungie has given people. AFter the new update, people can boot after one time being betrayed. My friend was 23-0 going for perfection when his teammate jumped in the way of a laser and booted him. Players shouldn't be able to boot except after three times imo.
i'll do it by accident sometimes, like if there are a bunch of guys all fighting in a small space and i toss a grenade in there. or if somone does it to me first.
