2K7: Dramatically improved presentation, really gets you into the game. Comes along with solid gameplay
07: New mechanics, and improved gameplay, although the presentation is sort of stuck in the past.
Either way you can't really go wrong. Personally, id go with 2K7, jsut becuse im not a hardcore hockey gaem fan, so the basic controls and improved presentation is more appealing to be instead of a bunch of new gameplay mechanics.
