Considering Mass Effect 2 has a PC version, technically, I would have to say ME2. But if you want to compare the console versions (I've played and owned both), it's pretty much a tie. Mass Effect 2's character models look sharp and facial animations are really well done, but everything else is questionable to a degree. Halo Reach, has more outdoor environments while Mass Effect 2 is more indoors. So textures, level design, art style is completely different. It's really hard to say. So for me to make a final decision wouldn't make any sense.
I haven't seen a Star Wars movie since the 90's :S.

Hey Phantom Menace may have been terrible (except for Darth Maul), and Attack Of The Clones may have been meh, but you cant deny that Revenge Of The Sith was pretty awesome. On topic, WTF are you crazy? That doesn't even qualify as a question. Not only does Mass Effect 2 have better all around graphics it also has better art design.
Has anyone told you there's no such thing as a stupid question? Well they lied because this was pretty stupid. Mass Effect 2 takes a big sloppy poo all over Reach's graphics.
Depends, in some area's ME2 is better and in some areas it is well down right terrible and even worse than ME1 (animations for are trash in most areas). However ME2 does have better detail in the environments and characters. Reach is by far the best looking Halo game yet and overall isn't down right terrible. Nothing to complain about it just that we have seen better. For me it is a tie simply because the animations in ME2 are really bad and look stiff, especially compared to the first Mass Effect. Hopefully Bioware changes that in ME3
Huge fan of both been playing halo for 10 years pretty much have played them all and loved them all .Mass effect i can say the same played since the beginning and Love it . as much as i love Halo it is no Graphics king . So i have to Go with Mass effect 2 its art and beauty is amazing . every world you go to you are like wow this is gorgeous .
What's the point of this debate? A round about way to rip on Reach? I am of the camp that believes that Gameplay far outweighs Graphics. Most game designers feel that way. While smart and solid gameplay can have you playing any game for hours on end no matter what the graphics look like, the best graphics can't always save a broken or frustrating game. I personally don't know why people think Reach looks like crap. I think it's a beautiful looking game. Not the best graphics available today, but nothing to scoff at. But what I love about Halo games is the gameplay. It's always been a solid shooter. One of the best, and many other games have copied its gameplay style for years. Don't let my sig fool you. I am a fan of both games. I'm probably leaning towards ME2 as my GOTY. But not because of graphics.
Reach looks like complete crap. It just has really good texturing. Mass Effect 2 gets my vote.

lol, sorry couldn't help but laugh at what you said, ME2 though, has a more steady framerate, but Reach looks excellent as well, if it had a more stable framerate it would have got my vote, ME2 has issues as well...but overall I think it's a better looking game.
