if you want to upgrade your headset, but don't want turtle beach, these are the best upgrade

http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Over-Ear-Headset/dp/B000F1WDHW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1278716356&sr=8-1

On Amazon, these headset have 4 stars. The OFFICIAL headset that everyone uses has only 2.5 stars xD This could be because Microsoft headsets snap easily (both my friend's headset did this)

Also these headsets don't pick up annoying breathing sounds so no more embarrsment!

Thanks, I might have to pick those up. Both my wired 360 headsets are acting weird (they don't work if I plug them in during a game.... only if I exit to the dashboard, plug them in, then start the game) and I was looking for an alternative.

Glad I could be of assistance. Another great thing about them is it doesn't pick up annoying breathing sounds because the mic is away from your mouth. The downside to this would be whispering doesn't work and you can't be shy while talking.

I don't really use Amazon much so I wouldn't know, but would they ship this to the UK even if I pay in dollars? (Or if they have some conversion). Would love to get one of them.

I've got to tell you the truth, Amazon (aka "buying online") gives you the best deals. You don't pay tax and you pay half the price. For example, if I wanted to buy a Play and Charge Kit for 19.99 plus tax at Walmart, I could buy it for 15 dollars new or 7 dollars used.

And they might sell these headsets in stores. Maybe RadioShack or Gamestop. You'd have to research further.
