You tell us. You have both games. I've only played the demos, but from what I've seen, Crackdown seems more interesting because of your cool Matrix like abilities.
Crackdown should be getting to me in the mail today, I was thinking of just sending it right back for something less time consuming and getting it again when I have more time. I just wanted to see how others thought they stacked up against each other.
I'm getting Crackdown this weekend when I get the Elite. I got Saint's Row and I enjoyed that game. Saint's Row have more of a story to it, and just a hand full of peole enjoy the multiplayer.
I tired both demos, and am currently playing the full game of Crackdown. I can say that Crackdown is a blast. I would go with that. I think there is more to the game than what Saint's Row offers.
saints, i have both, i have beaten crackdown, i have beaten the vice kings and los carnales in saints and still love it. i have 16 and a half hours put into it so far. im also getting godfather, and even scarface from the original xbox(played it for a small bit and the killing is phenominal) i need my sandbox fix before gta iv comes out lol.

i see, i have heard great things about it. im a huge fan of open world games. only one i liked last generation though was gta. then again i never played true crime.
i'd say saints row by a lot. there just isn't enough to do in crackdown. i think i played crackdown for 20-30 hours and saints for probably 50-60. saints is a gta ripoff plain and simple but its a good gta ripoff. crackdown is like the spiderman games. i would say hulk games but i didnt play them much.
Saint's Row, because there is more to see and do in the city than in Crackdown... even though Crackdown looks a bit better and is fun with all it's superpowers.
ive only played the demo of saints row it seems pretty fun. of corse all i do in it is run up behind ppl and punch them in the back of the head...... But crackdown is really fun too ive played that for probably 30 hours getting achevements and stuff
