anyway, my opinion, it has a lot more games, superior online and is of course cheaper, so i think 360 has better value. the ps3 may have blu ray but is this really necessary? it also has hardly any games to boast

Well, I would say the XBOX 360 is better but I can't really tell because I haven't even touched a PS3... So I guess I'm not that much help here... ^^'

Having both consoles i will make an unbiased opinion for you.

The ps3 is very reliable, and has great playback for both bluray and DVD, and iv had no problems with mine yet. But there are very little games to shout about an the online and PSN store are nothing to shout about at the min either.

The has great games, and all of them seem to play great. The online features are great, and regulary updated, but you do pay for it so you'd expect it too. The controller seems to be more stable then the ps3, the ps3 one feels like you'd brake it if you touch to it to hard lol. But i have disc read problems all the time, and thats about it.

So if you want good gaming action now, but with the worry if it breaking on you, buy a 360 its a fantastic console.

But if you want something reliable and want bluray, but dont mind the lack of games, buy a ps3

or wait till christmas when more games are out for both, then decide :)

Obviously the 360. Just look at reviews and sales charts. Plus 360's online service keeps getting better. PS3 disapointed me
