Battlefield: Bad Company seems to be more enjoyable. I have UTIII for the PC and I'm not too fussed about it so I'd recommend BF. I have that game and it's very fun.

That said, I'm going to be getting UTIII for the Xbox aswell.
Unreal 3 looks like it's gonna play exactly like UT 2004 so that kind of deters me. At least that's what the PC game reviews have already said. I'd go with Battlefield: Bad Company.
