Far too hard to choose but if i had to i'd say BF:BC because it's extremely addictive and has a lot more variety in things you can do. Plus no annoying UAV scan.
BF:BC it's like CoD4 and the few good parts of frontlines combined. Way more things u can do in the multiplayer make it that much more addicting. I just can't w8 until they get more game modes, then BF:BC will just own everything.
BFBC is complete garbage. All of the weapons are alike. I mean seriously! You can be using a M16 and be quite aways from a guy and he kiills you wih a UMP??? There is only one game mode (Gold Rush) and it really has no point. YOu get absolutely no points for getting crates or diffusing them on Defnse. What kind of FPS doesnt have CTF, TDM or DM?? Imo CoD 4 and Halo 3 both SMOKE BFBC!!!
I also think that the unlocks and ranking up works better in BFBC than Cod4. In Cod4 you keep goin till lvl 55 then start back from the start again. While BF you get awards and and trophies and u get to pick what unlocks u want imho BFBC destroys Cod4
i would have to say call of duty 4. i didn't realy like the demo for bad company and it got me motion sickness just playing it for 5 min in the multiplayer.
but i do like bf2 for the pc. that was a fun game to play.
It's a close call. But I'd have to go with Call of Duty 4. I like it because of it's Multiplayer system, I think it's pretty good. The campaign was OK. But, I still like BF:BC because of it's destructible enviorment. Love putting holes through houses.
I've reached the highest rank in Bad Company and I'm thoroughly bored of it. There's only one game mode, and it gets ve4r repetitive very quickly. So much so I'm going to be trading it in as soon as I get a chance.
how can u not like driving in vehicles and flying helicoptors and getting driver assists? The multiplayer on BFBC is alot more indepth then Cod4 (*Cough Matrydom *Cough* )
I personally like BF:BC better than COD4. The learning curve is a little steeper in Battlefield, but in the end Battlefield:Bad Company has alot more depth.
I don't really think you can compare these games but I would have to go with CoD 4 because the online is just a lot more fun in my opinion. First off battlefield has a way better single player campaign no doubt, but there's only one game mode for battlefield. In CoD 4 there's all different types therefor you will get more play time out of CoD 4.harperseth
i havent played bad companys single player but cod4 single player was great and from the sound of things i doubt bad companys is better. its hard at this point to make a decision but right now id say cod4 but i havent really played bad company enough to decide because bad company is deffinatly a fun game
BFBC all the way for me, I dont buy multiplayer games based on how good the single player is. Battlefield games never used to have Singleplayer at all and they sold like hotcakes. I love multiplayer combat with ground and air vehicles in the mix. Cod4 has vehicles but were controlled by the AI. How many times when playing COD4 and the air support helicopter came in, did you hear the question, "Can we controll the helicopter?" Well in Battlefield you can along with Tanks humviees APC's and Attack choppers. There is nothing better than playing the spec-ops guy and hiding in a bush after planting C4 on the road and watching a APC filled with enemy troops roll right over it and pushing the Big Red Button! Or when you team is pinned down by an enemy tank pounding away and shredding their house that they sought shelter in to bits, after they call for help you come flying in with your Apache rockets blazing, killing the tank and saving your teamates. Seeing that same senario from the ground is awsome when you have a good pilot backing you up! Battlefield has always been the King of Multiplayer for me, the Huge maps are Great, they are the ones that started the whole Rank and Awards system with BF2, Attack and Defend (aka Gold Rush) is a lot of fun dont believe what other fanboys tell you and try it for yourself, there will be the vintage battlefield mode called Conquest releasing soon along with maps specially designed for it, I did love Cod4 once but have moved on.

BC's single player is awsome a little under COD4 but it's multiplayer is so much better. BC
Anyone who thinks Bad Company is a better game than Call of Duty 4 is absolutely insane. COD4's multiplayer is much more streamlined, filled with tons of customization options, and isn't crammed with overpowered tanks and hard to control helicopters. Bad Company's lame humor and destructible walls can't even compare to the cinematic and scripted masterpiece that is COD4's single player. Oh yea, I choose Call of Duty 4.
