BFBC2 Weapons & Specact .

I was wondering .. do your weapon rate increase each time it lvls? ..

and i've been trying to get the specact achievement with M95 .. it has 119 kills atm and in those 19 last kills i got about 9 in a row .. isn't that suppose to unlock the achievement and get my weapon golden or something :o ?..

Im not sure what you mean by weapon rate but nothing increases with stars.To get the achievments I think you need 100 kills with the weapon,get a kill streak of 5 and get 7 kills in a round,in other words all the medals for the weapon.Check your awards and see what one youre missing.

Pins or Insignias ?...

The kill streak and 8 kills in a round are pins.The 100 kills is an insignia.

Your accuracy, fire rate, and damage o.o .. that's what weapon rate is .... anyways i've done all of it and still didn't get the Specact achievement :< .

M95 Specact efficiency pin: reach a kill streak of 5.

Specact Recon Excellence pin: get 8 kills in a round with the weapon

Recon Specact Knowledge insignia:get 100 kills with the weapon

Check your stats to see if youre missing any of these three.

If so,like I said check your stats.According to this you dont have any of the pins or the insignia required for the achievement,you dont even have the gun required for the achievement,lol.
