I'd say Far Cry Instincts Predator i mean the x-box verisons blew everybodys mind then a 360 game is annouced and everybody is like OMG this will look awsome. But it ends up being a lot of recycled content and Graphics that not only don't push the 360 near it's limits but barely push the 360 over the X-box 1 at all
Splinter Cell was pretty dissapointing to me, at least multiplayer wise I could never get into the game. The more that I look at it Madden 2007 was kind of a bad choice. I saw Madden and was like wow that games amazing, now after a while I realize that it's kind of not that great. Oblivion has been my favorite game of all time, however I am having disc problems with it lately.
Perfect Dark was AMAZING on the N64 (i think that's what it was on). I feel that Perfect Dark Zero was worse than the original which was released oh so long ago.
Hmmm. Ive never played online. (don't own it played at a friends. [neither of us have live]) But when playing versus 1 on 1 its amazing. Lots of fun though offline we don't need to deal with lag and a bad community and such. Wtv.

Gears for me. It made me say "wow" twice. The first time was after seeing the graphics. The second time was after playing it for a bit. Needless to say, the second wow was one of disappointment.

Uh... Raven... Lets not forget, only one life per round. Even if you are good, how boring must that be camping in a corner until you see someone?
If the game was something like TS from Halo 2 then it might be a bit fun... but seriously. 4 guys die and then you wait 10 seconds... Afterwards you spawn in the same spot for the 20th time and rush the power weapons for the 20th time... and then the cycle repeats.
Both of the Madden games were a huge dissappointment for me. I played madden 07 on my friends Gamecube and it was a hundred times better....AND THAT WAS ON GAMECUBE!! Eff you EA Sports, and let 2k7 have the rights to the NFL again.....dicks
I'd go with Tony Hawk Project 8. I loved every Tony HAwk game before this, but P8 feels to clunky. I'm getting used to it, but i miss the old feel of the THPS games. The game is still great, I'm just dissapointed with the direction its going.
madden was a huge disappointment on the 360 NCAA football 07 was as well, they basically took out all the features that made this game great and the controls were just completely off

In away i agree. I mean Epic wanted to be all like we don't need the Capture the flag, Death match or huge 42 player battles. And overall it could have used some of that stuff (or at least 16 players because 42 would be way to hard)
if gears had anymore than 6v6 it was be ridiculous. gears is aimed to be more of a tactical shooter and the maps really arent big enough for too many ppl. but otherwaise gears online's lag does interfere a bit, but its still a very fun multiplayer experience.
From reading your sig I would say buy an xbox 360 then make analogies about something you have actually played. 360's framerate alone is better than xbox1. Of course this would be recognized from somebody who has a 360.
Most of the Software was/is great, the Hardware is good but Ive had a few dissapointing moments and games with the 360 Ill start with the games.
Gears of War, GUN, Far Cry, Perfect Dark Zero, Madden 06 and 07, Tomb Raider, King Kong, theres a few others I cant remeber. These games were very disappointing for me.
Most disappointing moment: When I called MS for a repair box for the 6th time because of hardware failure. I had to cry, get mad and blatantly threaten them before they decided to send me a brand new one. Went through my launch console and 5 refurbished consoles, before they sent me a brand new unused 360........totally uncalled for in my opinion and very disappointing
Kameo was my biggest letdown. All the praise it originally recieved from GS, ign and other places, even the glowing reviews it got (an 8.7) just made me anxious to play it. Yet when I finally got my hands on it I was so underwhelmed. The game plays bad. Just flat-out bad. I own quite a few Zelda games and I can safely say that this is one of the worst Zelda clones ever. And the art style is just AWFUL.

Backwards compatibility I wanted to try Night Caster I out even though it's not the best game out there supossedly it looks cool on the demo way back then.
Not being able to surf the net with the x-box is a joke I bet Microstuff is kicking themselves for that one. Surf the net with the Wii and Ps3 Linux sure but the All Powerfull X-Box nope!
My biggest dissapointment with the 360 was Lost Planet. The game really had so much potential but I just felt it failed to entertain. The aiming system was a bit clunky. The health system was nigh on pointless. The weapons were not overly satisfying and the storyline was completely random. Which was a shame because when I played the original demo way back in 06 I had really high hopes for it.
