The biggest I know is beating #1 on the Blacklist in Need For Speed: Most Wanted: 375G. 

Madden 06 had one for 30 years of franchise. 400 points. And you COULD cheat and simulate all 30 years.DZBricktop

I think the Zombie Genocider is a great Achievement I never got it but it is an Achievement when you get it because you have to kill the 5 thousand and some Zombies because that is the population the town in the game is named after.

Edit* I thought you said Biggest Achievement like something that is actually an Accomplishment, but you meant the one that will give you the most points.

beating all the scenarios in Fifa world cup get u 500 pts but they're are like like 10 for each country,  and there are ALOT of countriestaylor888
