Billy Mays gamerpic? Anyone know where to grab it?

Was watching someone in a video go through their friends list the other day and noticed one of them had a BILLY MAYS gamerpic, epic right? Searched xbox.com but couldn't find anything, anyone know where to grab this at?

He probably took a picture with his vision camera and only his friends can see it anyways.
