Bing rewards MS points.

I put in 200 points worth of bing points for MS points, but they changed it to 400 points for 400 ms points, and I still haven't gotten my 100 points, did I get screwed?

The email does not come instantly. They send you a code to redeem through xbox. I've tallied like 800+ points from bing atm.

The first time it takes a little under a week, after that it takes 3 days. It has been over two weeks. I've made 400 points, would be 600, but I still haven't seen it, and these isn't even an option for 100 anymore, that is why I think I got screwed.

It only took me a few hours to get my first codes. You may have got screwed.

Same here. I've been waiting over a week for 300 MS points but still have not received any emails besides the first one they sent. I usually don't sign up for these kind of things, but I figured since it's run be MS, it might actually work this time.

This is where I'm at too. It's been over two weeks and I'm waiting on 300 points. It's a shame because the first order I placed was sent out in like two days.

Been waiting since the end of october too. I noticed the 400 point thing last night and really pissed me off. Now I have to save up 300 points to make another purchase.

Does this work exclusively in the States?!

I signed up yesterday so it'd be nice to know that I'm not completley wasting my time by making random searches to earn a "credit".

So, do they email you the code, mail the code, or what because I've heard both.

They email you the codes. I've gotten three in my email before they went awal.

Anyway, I have been waiting for 3 days I think, and I sent them an email asking how long it would take 2 days ago. I have yet to hear back from them, and I think we all probably got screwed.

Well do keep in mind they don't reply or send anything on weekends but yeah it's getting tiring.

MS Points are processed pretty quickly (like 2-3 days), however, as the terms of use says, prizes will be sent to the customers w/in 8-12 weeks. ☺

Quoting terms of use "Prizes will be delivered within approximately 8-12 weeks from the date your order is processed, unless the redemption center states a different schedule or the particular prize you ordered is in limited quantities, backordered, or out of stock. Credits or prizes that are undeliverable will not be resent and are forfeited."

Great news...for me, at least.

I just got my points through email and they worked. Sorry that it's not working for a lot of you, but I will continue using bing. By the way I ordered the points like 5 days ago.

I got an email from customer support saying it will be 8-12 weeks. It's been 2 weeks since I submitted my orders. This blows. I'm waiting on 1000 points.
