I done the exact same as you, only havested one little sister throughout the entire game. And i managed to get the good ending.

welll i sure hope your right, cuz i don't want the evil ending cuz i've heard that it sucks
i think the reason you can harvest one and save the rest and still get the good ending is because on one of the earlier levels there is a glitch. on the start menu it says there are 3 little sisters on the level, but you can get 4. that's why at the end of the game, i got the achievment for rescuing all the little sisters even though i still had one left to get on that level.
