Bioshock 2 Multiplayer =)

Hey all! If you are like me, you love the new multiplayer in Bioshock 2. I love using the powers and shoot the brains out of eachother haha. Last night I only played a few matches but even those were great. Love the Big Daddy suit haha, its just such a great experience.

What are your thoughts about it?

Thought the spawn in survival of the fittest were awful since I was spawn killed quite a few time in some games. The big daddy suit pretty much determains who the winner is going to be. I was in last place in a match and when I found one I ended up getting to 20 kills ending the game.

I do enjoy playing Team ADAM Grab. Cant say anything bad about it really. I really like that mode. :)

it's ok at best, kinda reminds me of team fortress 2 but it's extremely unbalanced just because you can be a level 4 playing in a room of level 20's that have better weapons, plasmids, and perks or whatever they call'em.

True true, but slowing down the enemy or shocking them, or setting them on fire etc. etc. is still pretty awesome, and even with lvl 1 I killed higher lvl players.

yes it is awesome, and unlike what others say the big daddy suit doesnt determine winner as a good team can easily take it down quickly (although i did go on a 15 kill streak with it to help our team come from behind to win civil war). The lag is a issue and I can never seem to do aero dash b/c of it. but yeah the plasmids make the game really fun. heres hoping more aesthtics, characters, lag fix, maps, game modes to come

agreed, prolly the biggest downfall to the unreal engine, every game that uses it lags pretty bad.

You know I don't play much multiplayer, but I love this. Maybe it's the trials, I wish there was achievements for ladder climbing the trials.

Good to see that more people are playing MP now. Tried playing it on launch day and couldn't find a game to save my life...

Actually the matches I'm in they like to fire plasmid you and then shotgun you. I like the water trap myself.

Its really enjoyable. Way better than I thought it would be, but worth playing. I'm glad im not the only one who is reminded of Team Fortress 2!

me likes it a lot prefer capture the sister cos game can last longer then adam grab but i like playing the team games got leveled up quickly but ain't played for few days i'm willing to add anyone who wants to play

Haha, yea its really fun to play. I didnt expect it to be this good either!

Anyway, I noticed the lag too now.. but I thought its because of my connection =( Maybe they will patch it if its really the engines fault? Would be cool.

I like it and it's fun. My main two problems are the general lag and freezing. I froze 3 times yesterday and the day before.

I was expecting the online for Bioshock2 to be sooooo bad, but its actually pretty fun! My fav mode is the capturing bases/spots one :)

Grabbing the big daddy suit and defending a base that you captured is great ;)

Its great. I love the leveling system, and like someone said it reminds me of team fortress but in the great way it should.

I was in a game .. me vs 3 lvl 20's. Haha, I lost, but I still killed them about 30 times. Anyway, the locust move is really cheap, it just completely blinds you and by the time you can see your dead. I can play with you later, .. If you don't mind my voice. >.Wakanoid

Not at all! Id be happy to play some matches =) Why mind your voice?

I played for about 9 hours, got to level 14. Anyways, I'm done for awhile, I can't take the constant flaming and the freezing (6 times in that time frame) but hopefully in the future I can revisit.

heh, with you right there, it doesn't annoy me to the point i'd ragequit but damn some people camp and just shoot your a*s off with it, makes me remember this team deathmatch i did, NO ONE would go after the big daddy who was also camping near a guy using the nades launcher, i had to lure it down and take it down with my shotgun... (yay for faster fire rates)

Aside this, the mp experience is great had a bunch of good games throughout the night.

P.S. IMO the crossbow is terrible, it might be just me not being that good with it but i feel its not as powerful anymore.

I happen to love this multiplayer. The combat is fast paced and the competition just makes it better
