Bioshock 2 score prediction

I just keep jumping from hyped game to hyped. So I did this for Mass Effect 2 which got a 9.0. How hard is it for you to give a 9.5 gamespot? But I agreed with gamespots review. But on topic, now it's Bioshock's turn. Im predicting..... 9.0 and this time is harder since we have no other website reviews to go by like we did with ME2.

I'm gonna go with 8.5.

I hope it gets an 8.5-10, but bleh, I won't know until it comes out.

I'm going with this as well. I don't think it could, in any way, top the original, but it's still going to be great enough to hold this score.

8.0 - 8.5. wont be inthe same league as the first.

I'm thinking of an 8.5 mostly because I think Bioshock 2 won't have the big "Oh Snap!" effect like the first game did. It was an original design, and story, it was mindblowing. The second game won't smack you in the face the same way. But no doubt it'll be great.

The 9.0 is because of the gameplay, the graphics, and still a good story I'm sure. There's still a chance it could smack you right around, and bring us something fantastic afterall!

I am gotta lean mostly towards a 9.0.

I'd guess around 8-9 hopefully nearer 9. I've already pre-ordered, i just hope the MP (which doesn't interest me much) doesn't take away from the SP......

Bioshock 2 will not get higher than a 9.. And I really think its gonna get like an 8.5 or something.

I totally understand the guarded expectations about this game, especially as it's just about my favorite single player game, and honestly I've been a bit worried about B2 since it was announced. But I'm starting to think this may turn out a lot better than expected and I think there is a good possibility that the multiplayer may turn out to be a fluke, meaning it may turn out to be insanely fun because it has unique qualities. I'm going to break with the pack and say that it settles on metacritic at a score above 91. And if I turn out to be wrong, I feel pretty good about being optomistic about this game now.

I'm predicting a score of 8.5 because I'm expecting the Multiplayer to downgrade the over-all quality of the game.

as long as is it doesn't score higher than AVP then i don't really care... get a 9.5 for all i care =]

Its getting amazing scores so far... Im a little surprised. I have the game preordered but I was expecting it to be not quite as good as the first one.

Bioshock as a franchise saw a ton of blowback when it became a legendary title, with a lot of net haters piling on it to look cool. Its been weakned on interent only game reviews. I expect it will average around a 90 on MetaCritic.

Well 8.5 is the score. But many people guessed the rght score even though most of you had a broad range for it. I'ts just good to hear the multiplayer is actually engaging and fun.
