if i diddnt save or kill any little sisters in neptunes bounty is it ok if i go back later and try to get them because i didnt find any and i already beat the level. so please tell me.

Yeah, just don't put on the big daddy suit and go vs the last guy (not sure ifyour done or not)

then just go to the bathysphere and go back, and i suggest you hack some turrets and security bots and buy some electric bucks.

I think you have to beat them before the level is done even though you can go back to those locations at the end of the game.
