wow... 25 times? I thought I was obsessed with it... i only beat it 4 or 5 times tho. Oh well, amazing game.
Bioshock is proof games can have story, gameplay AND looks all at the same time. Something rare these days. So many games are bought for only one of those three reasons, but Bioshock made itself heard when it said it is still ok to demand a little bit of everything for your 60 bucks. Bioshock2 looks nice, lets hope it plays that way. I am up for new gameplay, but changing too much will be hard for me to get used too. I hope they manage a story that is fresh, but wows me like the first.phynixblacki agree. i think im probably one of the only people who dont want a prequel. that would just ruin the entire atmosphere of rapture. its meant to be a decadent, broken utopia, not a brand new paradise. that would be wierd. it would also be wierd if the game was on land. i think the sand version is merely a metaphor, esp since it was suggested that little sisters are being stolen from the land.

Yet to beat bioshock...mainly becasue I watched my girlfriend beat it and I kinda lost interest cuz I had so many games. But Im playing my game a different way and im not saving the little girls..but she did. So I want to see my ending. Ill probably start over when I get the chance... amazing game tho. Gotta beat it before the 2nd one comes out

He HAS to be exaggerating.
And same here, I beat it 4-5 times.
I don't know why, but the way the game played out just didn't suck me in the way I hoped it would. I loved the world, but the linear path, and confusing mission objectives turned me off for some reason. I loved the story, and I completed it twice, but the overall package just wasn't the revolutionary title I was expecting. I'm still psyched for the 2nd though.
