I think that August update killed the Marketplace...
Now anything new that comes out kills it

Ya i couldnt even connect to xbox live for a while. And i tried for about half an hour to get the demo. Just not gonna happen.

it's not crashed, but it is severly stressed. they better get some more servers put up before halo3 hits.
