when you hafta finish that guys masterpiece, finnegan just disappears and i cant find him... the tip says he is in the frozen hallway, but he isnt... anyone got any suggestions?
You don't have to kill all the people in order. So just make sure you go to each area & kill whoever pops up & if he's still standing once you've gotten your other kills, you will get an arrow leading to him.
You may have already killed him without realizing it. Hopefully not because it would be a hassle to try & find the body to take a picture of the corpse.

Did you maybe kill him & get the pic & not remember? Try going up to the masterpiece & pressing the action button on the last available slot & see if that does anything. No one else has reported this issue so it seems odd that the guy would have just completely disappeared on you.
If it truly was a bug of some sort then it would effect more than 1 person & I haven't seen anyone reoprt any kind of issue like that with the Sander Cohen level. I think you're just missing something but either way, kinda sounds like you're FUBAR'd on it.
