Not really sure if their going the right way with the series, none the less, it looks awesome. NintendoGamer3Yes, I agree. While this may ruin Bioshock it looks like a fun and interesting new world by it's self.
I do not know why people are complaining, yeah its a risk. But it may turn out to be something amazing. It is meant to be the opposite of Rapture. People said they felt bored, and didn't want anymore rapture, they wanted a new area that would shock them. They are actually listening to us and trying to give us what we want.

I hate the fact that I will have to wait until 2012 to play this game.
Let's hope they release it before the world comes to an end in December 2012.
are you kidding? the setting screams originality. would you rather prefer a bioshock 3 that's way too similar to bioshock 2 which was way too similar to bioshock 1?positivebalance
Eh, I'm not convinced. Its still a 'utopian society gone wrong' sort of thing, populated with similar sorts of people and 'robots' or whatever you want to call the Big Daddies.
But the biggest problem could simply be that the gameplay could feel all too familiar, being its seemingly based of the same engine that Bioshock 1 and2 used. I think Call of Duty has suffered quite a bit with this problem. New settings and stories are great, but in the end, you always still feel that you've 'been there, done that', ya know?

What risk? That clip made it look like Bioshock in the sky, I don't think you have much to worry about. I don't see them deviating too much from what was done in Bioshock 1, which I have no issue with. Bioshock to me isn't a series that should have direct sequels and prequels and stuff like that. Please Log In to post.
