Stupid, at first i was all hyped about this game, but i seen a video of it and i think it looks stupid how you can use magic or whatever and some of the guns just look blah...
I've seen some kind of chemical and mutation stuff. Like throwing something on an enemy to change it's status with bots or other ceatures, the bugs coming out of arms and such too. Not really magic, just advance tech. Though, maybe you've seen a lot more video. I've only watched that 15 minute video narration.Â

everyone is entitled to their opinion. if you think they are using magic though, then you have obviously read or watched nothing on this game.
so another words, you're making an assumption on what happens. you know what they say about assumptions..... you should read up on the game and get a little more informed.

If you watch the CG video off the 360 market place where the guy gets drilled through he takes a capsule or something that causes glowing red bees or bugs to rip out through his arm's skin that could look like fire in a low-res video. But no way magic.

doesnt mean it wont be awesome. It just means it might be the best single player game of 2007. If they make it a 40+ hour game, why do you even need multiplayer? Sometimes the concept of the game does not fit with multiplayer, and i applaud the creators of this game for recognizing that and focusing on maxing out the single player game. I think there need to be more games like that. Its WAY better to have an AWESOME single player game with no multiplayer, than a decent to good single player game with uninspired multiplayer.Â

wtf, multiplayer isn't everything. Oblivion is the best 360 game out now in my opinion, and it has no multiplayer. What did you people do before Xbox Live?

with this game you don't need MP. doing without the was the smartest thing to do. give me an amazing game with good story that lasts 20-30 hours and i can do without MP. i can't wait for this game to come out, and i really hope that this game is delivers on its promises.

i couldn't put any better than this. you are right on the money. re4 didn't suck because it didn't have MP. it won game of the year from countless sources.

All technology seems like magic to the.... uninformed. If you knew anything about the game you would know that they use bio-augmentations to create those abilities and there are no conventional weapons down there so you must fashion your oun out of spare parts. You're entitled to your own opinion but Bioshock is gonna be awesome.Â
graphically i think the game looks stunning, gameplay wise i am just hoping they dont go too overboard with the whole strategy for killing different monsters thing.

When in reality this is something entirely different and all you would have to do is read up on it and you would realize that. If this game did have a multiplayer then the multiplayer would be a side note as this game is clearly the kind of game that is going to live and die by its main campaign.
damn.....you guys are being very harsh on this game. i really believe that this one has masterpiece stamped all over it. i'm 90% sold on this game, but i will wait for some reviews before i get it. if its a 10 hour game with no MP then hell no i'm not going to get it, but if it 30+ hour game that's fun to play then count me in.

There is no way the story would be that short. Not a game like this. And MP just would NOT fit in this game. You'd have to remove everything that makes the game unique, and it'd end up being retarded. This may very well end up being GOTY 2008, so be thoughtful of what you say about it. You may come out looking rather stupid.
 iv never seen cost go up at all actually. prices have went down. the only reason games on consoles are 10 dollors more now is cause they cost more to make.

Well, you made the smart move of publicly announcing your intentions. If it is illegal, you shouldn't expect people to be like " more power to ya" ya know? I just think if you have that much interest in a game, it really isn't that difficult to make 50-60 bucks, rather than steal it. I know, curse me for having morals and a conscience.

Thats possibly one of the most retarded things I've ever heard. Its not a god damn shooter how many times do you need to be told. It's an RPG first, the shooting part comes 2nd. Not only would MP not make any sense it would degrade the game into a frag fest that had nothing to do with the original game. if you think its going to be 10 hours long you're an idiot, and no one cares if you buy this game or not.
Kinda lame that it's not multiplayer, and I'll tell you why! REPLAY VALUE! To me Gears of War wouldn't be worth the 60 bucks without the multiplayer Xbox Live mode. HaHa On the other hand Bio-shock looks so awsome that I don't care that it's not multiplayer...though it would be nice.
