Im not sure about this game. Im hoping a demo comes out. The game LOOKS fantastic. If it plays as good as it looks then Ill be buying it. Im skeptical of this one though.
thank you for that helpful thread on my signature. i went to the "Welcome Newbies" forum and found out that i have to be a level 3 on here to have put that in my signature and i'm only a level 1 right now so i guess i should start posting more so i go up a few levels!
It's gonna be a contender for Game of the Year for sure! And I am more hyped about it than any other game that comes out in the next couple of months, even more than Halo 3 or GTA4 and I love both of those series. I think its time FPS games get a little change from all the Sci-fi or WW2 shooters and this to me looks totally unique.
the story looks interisting since a lot of games does'nt have a story in these days so i think mostly im getting it , but sure after i try the demo and see the reviews.
^ i feel the same way..i think it may have something to do with them giving the player to much freedom of choice(call me old school but i kind of like it when a game pushes you in one direction, but still gives you small choices)
Presenation wise the game looks fantastic, and it has been in development since 2004 so it cant really go wrong (I hope).
However Im not liking this whole depressive atmosphere; when I first heard the idea I was hoping it would turn more towards a cyberpunk near-Deus-Ex experience, not some bizarre horror title. If I wanted a horror title I'd play Silent hill or Condemnded or something, I was hoping there would be more exploration and interaction in this game, and I was hoping it would be alot less linear (by the looks of it).
I'm with shade-blade on this one. It looks great, but I'm waiting for the reviews to come out. Then again, it is Bioware, and they usually make quality stuff. Time will tell.

BioWare? I think you might be confused with Mass Effect. BioWare dont tend to swing towards horror.

Bioware doesn't make games like BioShock. You probably have it confused with Mass Effect.
Bioshock really hasn't gripped me like some other people, and i'm sure it'll be a good game. But the game doesn't appeal to me right now, and maybe a demo could change that.
