Bioshock or assasin's creed

See this christmas I got my 360 and am in need of some new games already and I've made a list of games I want and I've narrowed it down to either bioshock or assasin's creed I just want to know which one is a better purchase. Thanks.

Couldn't agree more. Bioshock is a great game, but entirely too easy and short as hell compared to Assassin's Creed.

Buy AC --- Rent Bioshock

I have beat Assassins Creed 2x and it's still fun. It does'nt have online but the replay value of it is really good. :trombone:

Bioshock (2nd highest ranked game on 360)

vs

Ass-Ass-in's Creed (Ranks at 40 & one of the most repetitive game on 360)

I would pick Bioshock if i were you.

Ouch tough decision !
i own both, so im just gonna throw out a few things i experienced and let you make the decision for yourself.

BIOSHOCK: Unbelievabley good as a horror title, plenty off twists and turns in the storyline and multiple ways to mow down your enemies and cut through the storyline. Now, if you are an achievement hound, then you will have to experience this game twice in order to unlock it all. If you treat it like an active FPS (like MoH or Killzone), then you can kamikaze through it easily, but if you crouch around every corner and walk softly then it will take ALOT longer. The problem is that after you beat it once, your like 'awww now i got to do that again?'. Playing it on hard you will find yourself trying desperately to conserve ammo, but IMO there is no other way that it should be experienced. It did win GotY for a reason ya know?

ASSASSIN'S CREED: I have to agree that AC is definitely the more 'fun' of the two. However, closer towards the end of the game it becomes monotonous and almost like a chore. Eventually i got to a point where i could only stomach 20 - 30 minutes a day. Once a third district opens up, you realize just how huge the cities really are and now you have to trek all the way back to get your mission? Unlocking all achievements again, is no picnic either, (for the findings of flags, i recommend you get a map of their locations and pick them up as soon as you get to the area and keep track of ones you already have).

I have unlocked ALL achievements for both of these games. My nephew just got Bioshock for his birthday and i gave him my official guide FOR KEEPS, because i WILL NOT be playing that game over, but AC does have some replay value...i guess...:roll:

I would recommend that you rent both games. Assassin's Creed IMO is not a very good game and it's definitely not worth buying. Bioshock on the other hand is an awesome game but it doesn't have much replay value. You have to play Bioshock though because it's just an amazing experience, so go and rent it or buy it if you want it for your collection.
