I believe these two games are very comparable; so which do you think does the story driven tactical FPS adventure better: Bioshock or Half-Life 2?
I personally think it's too close to call. Both are just so amazing and immersive.

they arent very tactical they are just both awesome and atmospheric, but yeah its too hard to say. i loved every minute of both of them
Bioshock is just a better game overall, HL2 helped bring gaming into the same spotlight as movies, but Bioshock is just an all-time great.
Exactly. I prefer Bioshock, but both are very fun.you can't go wrong with either one.

Man that is a hard decision both games rock. Bioshock is a great game espcially played with surround sound in a dark room. Half-Life is a great game in it's own right, but the Orange Box version is probably the best gaming value for the 360 and PC ever made. 5 Games in one package, all of them stellar, not to mention one of them is Portal which is a dramatcially underated game. Get them both, they both are replayable over and over.
In fact, get them both! Bioshock is my all time favorite though. Both games are simply amazing.you can't go wrong with either one.

I think that was the point, though. To feel abandoned in a ruined utopia run by freaks. I agree with you, though, Half-Life has some great characters.I prefer Half-Life. I like the characters. Bioshock was often a lonely experience.

I think it was meant to be. Played into the creepiness going at it all alone. If you stumbled into rapture, I doubt you're going to find many relatable characters you'd actually care about.I prefer Half-Life. I like the characters. Bioshock was often a lonely experience.

Half Life 2 all the way in every way possible. the only thing Bioshock has over it would be the graphics, but otherwise Half Life 2 takes the cakebulletsword
The cake is a Lie.
