Ive just defeated Dr Steinman and i have four powers but i can only use two. Can somebody please tell me how to get new slots.

Just keep playing, once you encounter a little sister, you'll be able to buy a new plasmid slot at the gardeners spot.

You need to buy new slots from a gatherers(sp) garden were you spend your adam (gotten from little sisters)

If you bring up the map you should see if theres one near.
