Games of this sort kinda have to.... Who in this day and age wants to shoot somone and just see them die with no blood etc? No offense, but if that did that the game would flop.

Lol i think  Mature is an understatement for Bioshock, I only saw a couple of videos of it and they were f%$^&% disturbing, can't wait for it :P

   I could be wrong, but I'd bet it got a drug reference tag, because of the constant injections of adam to give you your powers, I mean in the context of the game, it's not like doing H or something, but your still injecting a kind of drug like substance into your arm every so often. 

  This game getting an "M" rating, it was like so obvious it never had to be mentioned, almost as obvious as "Final Fantasy" being emo enough to make one vomit.
