this is what pwn360.com said as Bioshock a current ranking of 99%average on gamerankings...Ocarina of Time currently holds the record at a 97.7% average on gamerankings...pwn360 did say bioshock still has many reviews to come but currently shows no sign of slowing down...they even said that it most likely will beat out Ocarina of Time as the highest rated game of all time...
Even if it were to somehow surpass the ocarina of time, there is no way bioshock will ever be on the same level just because ocarina of time was one of a kind when it came out while bioshock well isn't even though it is great (luck enough to get it early from target).
Its too early to tell. Right now there are about 15-20 reviews and currently it is beating OOT but all it takes is say....5 reviewers to give the game a 7 for something like lack of online play and there goes the average. Getting over a 97% average is a lofty goal but if any game can do it....my bet would be Bioshock or the upcoming Mass Effect

OOT has like 70 reviews while every one else has like 30-50 reviews so yea you can say OOT has a good/unfair jump over the competition.Btw dont get me wrong I love OOT but its not my favorite game of all time nor is it my fav zelda game,Im a gamer I love almost all the games I play (like N3 which majority of people love to bash).

on gamerankings OOT has 32 reviews and on metacritic it has 22 reviews. i think one of the reasons it is number 1 on a lot of websites is that it doesn't have as many reviews as a game that came out later on like metroid. this doesn't mean that it wouldn't still be number 1 but it has a higher chance to fall in rank with each review.

Maybe but seeing as Bioshock has yet to get less than a 9 from anyone I don't see it getting even one 7, let alone 5 of them.
I thought the nearly the same thing of The Darkness. I thought "There is no way any reviewer could honestly give this person less than a 6....." Then X-play gave it a 2/5. You never really know what effect a game will have on a certain reviewer. One gamers paradise could be another's hell
i hope ocarina of time stays up at the top... imo i don't think bioshock deserves it, don't get me wrong i love the 360, even more then my wii.... but OoT was a masterpeice
Its amazing how good the reviews are for Bioshock, hell they're even higher than I predicted they would be and I knew this game was going to rock. And just think, we could be doing the samething here a couple months from now with Mass Effect.

Again perhaps, but we're talking about a game that has been universally loved despite lack of multilplayer. However The Darkness received mild reviews due to it's lame multiplayer and other problems.
And secondly, X-play sucks. As far as I'm concerned their opinion means nothing. It might have had value before, but now they are to game reviews what Crossfire was to debate.
