I am unsure now and I am unaware if this is a rumor or not so do not believe this if you are unsure of the answer. I am just curious if they are really going to start manufacturing xbox 360 games in blu ray. If so since I have a xbox 360 with the Pheonix engine and a High def tv, does this mean that I have to get a newer version of the 360 or newer version of a tv? or will I be fine with the equipment that I already own. About the blu ray thing, I heard it on the radio while driving in my car about a week ago.
If MS does implement blu-ray it won't be on the 360, rather the next xbox to come out. and Blu-Ray isn't "Sony made", sony is just one of the main proprietors of the format.
its not legal for microsoft to use bd in xbox 360, not because it was supporting hd dvd but for consumer support rights that restrict any major change in a product that cause a mandatory payment for end user
